Raise a request
Email info@poam.in with your order ID and reason within 7 days of delivery.

Schedule pickup
We arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Pack the piece with tags, invoice and original packaging.

Quality check
Our atelier inspects the returned piece within 2 business days of receipt.

Refund
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the quality check.
Please note: Custom-made, altered, and sale pieces are final and not eligible for return. Jewellery and lingerie are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
