How we use your data
To fulfil orders, provide customer support, personalise product recommendations, and — only with your consent — send updates about new arrivals, offers and events.
Payments
Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments / Razorpay through secure, PCI-DSS compliant channels. POAM never stores full card details on its servers.
Third parties
We share data only with logistics partners for delivery, Shopify for order infrastructure, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) that follow their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@poam.in. We respond within 30 days.
